SMC Community and Employees Multipurpose Cooperative supported 38 young learners at Brgy. Umapad Day Care Center through a Balik Eskwela outreach activity in August 2024.

The initiative combined school-supply donations with a feeding program to help children prepare for the school year. Supplies included notebooks, pencils, crayons, erasers, and writing pads. Volunteers also served meals and snacks during the activity.

Through this outreach, SMC CEMPC supported children’s education and well-being while strengthening its connection with the community.
